Yeah, that's what they call it, right? The Midwest. No one talks about, goes to it, or lives there;ya just "fly over" it.....
Hehehehe and let's keep it that way
j/k Mr Moderator!
But seriously folks, not a new RV'er, several smaller rigs and trips with just us, the wife and I; but gearing up for our third big RV adventure in 5 years with the kiddos. Us, 1 dad, and 3 grandkids, 13, 10, and 9. No pets, not pet people.....
We rent; in the past have used private RV (friend loaned), Outdoorsy (wow! was THAT a hassle!) and local retailer/rental dealership here in town. (best yet)
This time we are using the local dealership, getting the Winnebago Spirit 31G, and gonna make the "Californ-y here-we-come" trip via the Grand Canyon as a first stop.
Coupla' questions-I am planning for a "Southern route " and as a backup, a "Northern Route"-it looks like New Mexico MAY have some serious Covid requirements (quarantine?) which could seriously alter our Southern Route plans....
Ideas? Any other such restrictions in the states? OK, CO, AZ, NV?
Good tips on Grand Canyon places? Can you legitimately take a 31 foot Class C RV to the Grand Canyon? Or do we park outside of the park and rent a van for sightseeing? What did YOU do? Suggestions?
Is anyone REALLY reading this? Helloo? Hello?
Anyway, already said too much. Happy travels everyone!
