From just a little west of you. Nice new rig. I looked up the new Winnie, and I'm just a little jealous.

It's a good place to learn from the experiences of others.

Welcome! We bought our coach while living in Yorktown/Hampton area. There are lot's of great rv locations in the area! I encourage you to find an rv club that will give you excuses to use your rig, and will help you discover places you may not otherwise find. With your Winnebago, your are eligible for any of the many WIT chapters in the area ...Peninsula Winnies, Tidewater Tascas, Virginia Coasters, etc. If you are military (active/retired/vet) SMART would be a great choice as the local CATS chapter is a pretty active one.
Enjoy the adventure!

Paul, Thanks for the tips, I am about 12 days from hitting terminal leave, retiring from the canoe club after 27, I will definitely hook up with SMART, have already been camping with the Coasters and Tidewater Tascas, nice group of folks. We are enjoying the RV lifestyle and intend to make it our goal to do this full time.
