Hello All!
Hello Guys!
My name is Buddy and my Wife and I just purchased a gently used 2004 Fleetwood Flair 31A on a Ford chassis. I've had it a whopping two days and still learning stuff about it. For example, I just learned last night it has a spare tire. How the heck I get it out is another story I have to figure out. I'm used to the cable/winch assembly but this one does not have that. The tire/rim are tucked up between the frame rails in the rear on a metal rack. It looks like the tire is supposed to slide directly out the back but the plastic bumper section on the rear appears to be held in place with a bunch of nuts and bolts. If I can't figure it out on here today, I'll crawl around underneath this weekend and figure it out. I love these forums and look forward to becoming a productive member!

Welcome, I think you've chosen a good rig there. I would not try to mess with getting the spare out of there yourself. It's good you have it but let your road service guy or tire shop deal with it...they are heavy and awkward. Again, welcome and check in often if you need any assistance.
