Hello everyone.

First I'd like to thank those that originated this site & those that now moderate & maintain it along with those that contribute they're time & knowledge so that others may benefit.

I believe it will take at least a year or so to put ourselves in a position to be able to become semi-fulltimers. That time will also be spent doing the leg work & research on what unit may best suite our needs & wants.

I expect to become well known on the forums because I have plenty of questions. After many hrs of researching, a few trips to R.V. sales/expos, and my best efforts to zero in on what type of R.V. I'm more confused now than when I started lol.

My advice to you is to do just what your doing, ask a bunch of questions, and just for your information there are no dumb questions. When you find the type of RV that you think you want then find a RV dealer that will rent you a RV that you can try it out to find out if that's what you really want. A RV seminar that will also help in your decisions, and by the way welcome.

Welcome to IRV2! Sure glad you joined the group! You'll find lots of nice folks here who are eager to help in any way possible, and moderators who are fair and respectful. I would suggest posting your questions in the appropriate areas of the forum to get more and better answers.

Good luck & God bless!

Hello, welcome to IRV2. I'm sure you will be able to decide on a RV soon. As someone said, try and rent an RV to see how you like it.
