Hello Everyone :)

Greetings all. New member checking in. My name is Harrison and I'm an alc.... Ooops wrong forum .

I am currently looking for a Solo full-time RVing rig... which is why I'm here. I am gonna need a little help. lol

I'm not new to full-timing, back in 2000, my GF and I bought a brand new F250 and a brand new 30' Alfa Ideal 5th wheel and hit the road. We lived in it for 5 years... we were in our 30's. Best, most liberating experience of my life, and FAR better than we thought it would be. (more on that in future posts, lol)... Our relationship fell apart (not because of RVing though..), so we sold the RV and went our separate ways.

A LOT has changed in the past 20 years... with respect to RV's, parks, connectivity and well, me! I want to downsize and simplify my life again... this time permanently!

I currently own a 2019 RAM 1500... now I'm looking for a Travel trailer (something under 25' and under 5500 lbs dry). Most of the brands that I liked back in the day are now gone or too expensive. I want NEW, would like to stay under $25k I'm paying cash this time!.

I have never seriously looked at travel trailers before, back in 2000, our focus was on 5th wheels... Jeez, has it really been 20 years?!? I haven't been to any RV dealers as yet, but I want to narrow my search down to a few makes and models before I get there and be well researched.

Anyway. I'm here to lurk and learn... as a few dumb questions, and weigh advice and options.

I am currently homeless in Maryland, but my "residence" (i.e. place my mail goes), is in Orlando. I will probably head to Orlando to purchase the RV.

Ok, now I'm rambling. lol... I'll stop typing now... glad to be here.
