Hello Fellow RV'ers
Pat and I started Rving in the early 70's. We've gone through a 1965 Nomad Pop-up, 85 Prowler 5thwheel, 89 Holiday Rambler, and 96 Hitchhiker. We retired in 1998, sold our house in Kansas City, MO, and started "full-timing". We bought a new Freightliner Sport Chassis in 2000. Then in 2001 we bought a new 2001 Royals International 39' 5th. We traveled in this combo until early 2011, when we sold the Freightliner, built a 24' x 50' carport, and parked the Royals under the carport semi-permanently in the Texas Hill Country for winter use. We now travel in the summer and short trips in the winter in a 2011 30' Winnebago Vista.
We spend extended time in Far North Idaho. We also visit friends and family in MO, OH, WI, IL, and IN. We are currently sitting in Valentine, NE, heading for the FMCA Rally in Gillette, WY.
