Hello from CT

Just thought I would stop in. DW and I have just hit the big 50 and the past few years our camping trips have been less and less with the kids and more of me and the wife...though some times either of my boys will Travel with us pending their jobs and school.

This year we have two camping trips planned for CT, two in PA and one in VT & NH. Still would like to plan one more but will have to see how things go.

Hello from a CT Native - with our primary S&B in the beautiful hills of Southbury, CT.

If you're into antiquing, we have a HUGE yard for boondock camping, only a few miles from the CT Antiques Trail.

Thanks everyone for the warm replies!

2Labs, Were not into antiquing but thank you for the boondocking offer, two of our favorite campgrounds in CT is Odetha (with family) and West Thompson Lake COE. Do you have any CT favorites?

Trekkers, were going to hang on to the 50- 50 club as long as possible...hmmm maybe even get a 15 year extension! LOL

Tamatha, glad your calling us New Englanders... seems know one wants to admit that CT is part of New England!

LaZy507, yeah I got to work on my profile/piks. As far as the snow still got about 1ft here...can't even get to the TT...would love to send the snow where it belongs....Minnesota!

Hope you didn't take my humor wrong...I'm all snowed out and camping season can't come quick enough!
