Hello from I-35 exit 72 in Oklahoma

Howdy,
My wife and are fairly new owners of a fixer upper Class C.
It is a 2004 - 30' E450 V-10 Gulfstream Ultra Classic, no slides.
We started camping with a pickup cap, then as our family grew got into tent camping and finally a popup. Brand new to Motorhome camping though.

We got this class C knowing it had sit in a pasture for 4 or 5 yrs. Thus far we have attempted to fix some delamination on one side, recaulked the entire unit, replaced fridge element, replaced fried generator, replaced fried converter, replaced 6 weather checked tires, added stabilizing jacks, cleaned out duct work, repaired busted hot water line, repaired brakes and vacuum lines that were eaten through, repaired AC fan motor. And cleaned out 14 dead mice and mice nests and 3 rats. And still, the price was right.

Inspite of all the replacing we have done, and the work left to be done... we took Gerty on an 1800 mile trip to Lake City, Co. and had one heck of a fine time. If you have problems in the Garvin Co area of Oklahoma, send me a note... I think I am becoming a Class C repair expert! LOL.
