Hello from Maine
Just joined. Have an 11 Winnebago Sightseer 33. My wife and I have been camping since are kids were born in the early 80's. Tents to pop up then to a class C and now with our Winnebago that we have had for just a year.
Hope to retire early and see the country. My wife has 850 days left on the contract she had to sign when she sold her business then we are off.

Hi and ,
So far the Wells area of Maine is our favorite spot to camp.

Welcome. Another Jeff on the forum, very good. I think we should start a Jeff thread and have all the Jeff's get on here with their actuall name spelling and their rigs. We could even have a Jeff rally get together. Come on down to Fl. Just a hop slip and jump down the rd and less snoww than in Maine. Enjoy it is a fun forum. Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the Winnebago. Sounds like you folks know your way around the RV thing pretty well already, but this is a great place for questions if they pop up
Best of luck with your plans and safe travels!

Hi Jeff! Welcome to IRV2! We're really happy that you decided to join us! Good luck on that upcoming retirement! We sold our business a couple of years ago that we ran for 36 years. Retirement is great! Good luck & God bless!

Quickbike, Welcome to IRV2 from another Mainer. Don't even think about lurking around here without joining the Northeasters. Our 2013 Wicked Good Rally is already being planned. It will be in Connecticut this year.
FYI, there are several chat rooms you may want to log into. I think the Winnie chat room is on Tuesday evenings. Not sure if you are a gasser or a DP but there is also a Freightliner chat on Wednesday evenings at 9 PM.
Not sure if you realize how much information is at your fingertips now. Just ask. Someone has an answer for sure...
Come back often

Welcome Jeff, you close to or know of a good source for fresh lobster? We're planning a trip real soon to Maine and looking forward to some of your good seafood. We like to buy it and fix it at the camp site rather than a restaurant. What is fresh lobster going for these days?
