Hello from Michigan

Hi all,
A little about us- My wife and I started camping when dating and have continued to do so over the last 18 years. Our first trip as a family was actually a "West Coast" Lake Michigan tour when our first child was 5 weeks old...in a tent! After a couple years in the tent (and 2 more kids later) we made the transition to a pop up. Since then we've been through 2 pop ups, 2 hybrids, a travel trailer and now our Class C Fleetwood Tioga Ford chassis. I've learned a ton with each new style of camper and have shed my share of blood and sweat on each one too, but the best memories we have are from those countless hours on the road and under the stars.

Welcome aboard fellow Michigander. We are on the west side. Little town called Wayland just south of Grand Rapids.

Hello burger213,

Welcome to the Forum from another Michigander. You will love this site. Camping is definitely the best way for a family or a couple to spend time together. Sounds like you have had a lot of fun and plan to have a lot more.

LB from Owosso right in the middle of the mitten.
