Hello from scenic east Tennessee
 Greetings from J.J. & Linda Sue Owen of Maryville Tn. We are the very happy owners of our first diesel pusher 39L Fleetwood Excursion 2006 model. We're not new to motorhomes...got our first
( Shasta 30' ) over 20 yrs ago. Our most recent ( sold to a couple in GA ) was a Itasca Cambria 24' w/ one slide. Enjoyed the maneuverability, but not big enough to live in on an extended stay !  BUT...it sure is a change going to the Excursion ! Our first real outing will be in January to Panama City Beach to spend the month. I dove right in and bought a Blue OX towbar and a Brake Buddy...then decided to trailer instead of tow, as I wanted to take my street legal golf cart along with an 89 Chrysler turbo convertible ( they'll be on an 18' tandem axle car hauler ) You'll see the Blue ox and Brake buddy in the classifieds shortly.
Linda Sue is a born and bred Tennessee lady, and I'm a dairy farmer from Wisconsin that loves to play guitar and sing ole time rock n roll and older country. We make quite a combination !
Enough about us. Sure glad I found this site, and I look forward to doing a lot of learning from all the wonderful members and forums
