Wink Hello from sunny SoCal :)

Hi everyone,

I'm excited to be here and learn lots from all of you. I recently bought a 2002 Fleetwood Tioga 24' MH. Sooo excited to use it but a little nervous too as it's my first RV by myself. When married, I had a 40' Jayco 5th wheel but gave it up. Unfortunately I didn't attempt to learn how it all worked on the outside so to speak so I have much to learn now with my own coach.

My kids cannot wait for us to use it and we plan to take a short, local trip in April. I'll read through the threads here to learn as much as I can but I'm pretty clueless besides putting gas in it.

So happy to have my own and hope to upgrade to a newer class C or maybe even a class A in a few years when retirement comes!

Thanks for letting me join the community!

PS-- anyone have advice on the best tow bar to use for a Jeep Wrangler & this RV? I've been considering the Roadmaster Falcon 2 and using adapters instead of a tow bracket (I have an offroad Poison Spyder bumper on it that has D ring gussets I want to use). Thank you!

Welcome. Congrats on the new rig. Sorry, can't help you on the learning issues, but happy that you got yourself a rig! I'm in the middle of CA so if you ever get this way send a wave out. Enjoy your travels.
