Hello from the Bay Area

Hi, Everyone!

DH and I have been retired for 2 years, and we have 3 well-travelled beagles that go where we go. We usually stay in hotels or rent a house. That is a bit constricting.

After many, many years of kicking RV tires, I just can't get RV'ing out of my head, and I'm getting really itchy to make it happen pretty soon.

However, I am concerned about how difficult it is to find places that will accept multiple dogs.

I hope to hear from those of you who travel with such a posse and learn if it's as much of a challenge as I expect.

Hi and welcome to the forum. The RVing With Pets sub forum that Cliff mentioned are a great place to find information and ask questions. We have one Boston Terrier, our neighbors have four golden retrievers, and there are many other multiple pet coaches in the park where we are currently, Destin West RV Park in Florida. Most just require the dogs be on leashes and that you pick up after them.

Hi folks! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure happy that you joined us!

Multiple dogs are not a problem! We see them all the time at campgrounds. Just go ahead and jump in!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
