Hello From Wisconsin

Hello from SE Wisconsin. My wife and I are empty nesters and are currently looking to buy our first 5th wheel. We started with a pop-up many years ago and most recently had a 2013 Sunnybrook Sunset Creek Sport 271BH. That was a great camper, unfortunately, it was totaled in a hail storm last year. Timing wasn't too bad, as we were ready for a different layout (no more need for the bunks).

We have been looking at 5th wheel layouts and manufacturers and have come to really like the Grand Design Reflection 29RS. We like the layout and decor, the overall size and weight are right in our wheelhouse and they seem to offer a lot of features as standard equipment. I've also been reading lots of good reviews and positive comments about their quality. We're not looking for new, but have been concentrating on model years 2016 to 2020.

We mainly weekend camp within a couple hundred miles from home, with the occasional farther trip. I'll be towing with a 2016 Ford F-350, short box, crew cab with the 6.2L gas V-8.

That's our basic story. We're looking forward to any advice above and beyond all the great information that I've already read in the past discussions.
