Hello from Wisconsin
We are part time RVrs living in WI. We have a 2022 Winnebago View, and this is our 3rd year in it. We have traveled most regions in the US except for the Northeast and far South (and Hawaii
Not a fan of cold weather camping so have recently given thought to snowbirding it part of the year. I enjoy state, forest and national parks. My wife prefers parks with more conveniences, so we try to compromise.
Looking forward to being part of this group.

Hayward WI KOA
Currently in Hayward - a beautiful area with the "north woods feel". Unseasonably
warm for mid-September...beautiful weather. Have traveled extensively in the South and prefer the North for home base. Lots to explore in FL/TX/AZ for snowbirding...also visit Fairhope (Gulf Shores) Alabama area...lesser known but very good.

Hayward...I will be going through there in a few weeks. Not into all the "RV resorts" that seem prevalent in northern WI. Lots of campgrounds to choose from but many well off the beaten trail. Any recommendations for a "nice" camping spot for a night or two I can get to with a class A? Hookups optional, by a lake or river is a bonus. I know that's highly subjective but I've never been to that area and it's hard to pick something out of a hat (map) that may not even have a website from 1500 miles away.
