Question Hello members

NEW MEMBER GORD CURRIE HERE,
THANKS FOR ACCEPTING ME.
I am a 65 year old Recently Retired Single Father and Grandfather ex long-haul truck o/o and want to buy a Motor home again. Sold my last one in 1985.
My plan is to Travel across Canada this summer, one of my Bucket list things, and also down into the USA.
I am thinking of living full time in one for a few years and I want t0 also take family and friends along at times and also haul my Chevy Blazer on a Trailer behind the Motor Home.

Big learning curve now cause my old one was a 1979 Winnebago Brave 26.5 foot with a Dodge Gas 440 CI Engine.

I looked at 2009 FLEETWOOD AMERICAN HERITAGE 45B Cummins Diesel 650 HP they tell me with Aqua Hot and Washer and Dryer on a Spartan Chassis have no idea what it is really worth?? It has less than 90,000 miles. DON'T know if Spartan is a good chassis versus Freight Liner or any other. Anybody had one of these or know about it I welcome your input.
THANKS FOR READING

Welcome to iRV2 Gord.

From the cool and rainy west coast .

I can't speak to Spartan chassis , I've only owned my current Freightliner chassis coach .
Be aware that depending on the border guard when you enter the USA , there can be issues if you're a Canadian full timer .

Look online for info on and from ; The Canadian Snowbird Association .
About IRS form 8840 and maintaining closer ties to Canada.
