Hi to you all. We are new to your board but confirmed RV nuts (or is it RVholics?)

After years of dreaming we are getting ready to start out on a maybe full time life as we have sold our house and will be on the road in a new to us rig in early Jan. (We have been cautioned to refer to our lifestyle as 'housefree and RVing' and not 'homeless and living in a box').

Rig wise I have a 30' prowler 5th wheel pulled by a Ram 2500HD having just traded in our class c which we have used for many years. I am new to towing something this long though we did have a TT for some time (so any advice there will be welcomed).

We like music (listening to most everything and playing bluegrass & folk) and I have been known to have the odd drink (my wife gets the even ones). We like people so if you see us about flag us down or drop by (first real stop is Quartzsite arriving around Jan 10 or so).

A group of our fellow MOCers (Montana Owners Club) will be in Quartzite at that time. We are looking forward to the day we can join them.

Thanks so much for the kind words everyone. We look forward to our new adventures as fulltime RVers and part time workcampers -- We have already gotten a commitment from our former bosses to hire us for 4 months next year which will be pretty darn close to all we need to keep going til next year so all I can say is "YAHOOOOOOOO!" (Never seen such a big smile since my gramps died after falling in a vat of whiskey).
If you get a chance - stop and see us (likley not to see too many Saskatchewan 'big sky country' plates). These will be on a 2003 Ram 2500HD tightly (I hope) coupled to a 30' Fleetwood prowler 5th Wheel. Listen for the sound of laugher!
