Just remember that theres been lots of discussion on the importance of a longer wheelbase for DP. There may be handling issues with all that weight out back in coaches <40'

So sorry about the mishap...and please forgive if I missed it, but what does the Dealership say about the damage? Are they asking for you to cover it?

We purchased a 36' DP last year and I had never driven one before. Ended up in
downtown Pittsburg on a Fri afternoon rush hour. You hang in there and overcome your fears as everything takes time. Plan your route so you don't get into situations like I did and in time you will be OK. planning our first long trip to westcoast.
