Hello Y'all New to the site and to campers

Hi Y'all I just bought a 1977 Serro Scotty Sportsman/Highlander. I got it cheap but it needs a lot of work. I am retired so I need something to keep me busy. It is almost a ground up project, But mainly in the back.

I would have said top down restoration. I know that there have been a number of folks on the Teardrop & Tiny Travel Trailer forum that have had to deal trailer they bought with long term leaks. In one case the whole back end had to be opened up and wood replaced that was too rotten and moldy. One resource is Wood preservation, rot repair, and restoration using epoxy resin on boats and homes. I had to use their CPES on plywood that had gotten wet due to a plumbing leak and was green and fuzzy.
