Hi all from a fam of four!
Joining today are Nathan and Jacob (the kids) and Mel and Kev (the parents), we found this site by accident, and what a treat it was to find!
We have been rvíng now for a couple years now with road trip adventures as well as We have a permanent site at a lake north of us about an hour and a half away in Sundre alberta.
we also run a small family owned trailer repair business.
There is an amazing wealth of knowledge here, and we look forward to learning from and hopefully contributing to the forums as well !

Greetings from a neighbour to the East of you (Regina). We look forward to getting to know you and have you participating in the many discussions. Please answer a question for me - Is that business in Cochane still open that sold that great ice cream? DW and I always stopped in on our way through. Seems like life has gotten so busy for us that we no longer stop for the small pleasures.

yes KC, McKays icecream is still open, it is run by the two daughters of the founder, they still use real cream from a local dairy farm and not milk to make their products. They always have long lineups of "lickers" so it takes a while to get a cone, but they sell the product through a couple of grocery stores in Cochrane and Calgary!
