Hi from Alabama
Hello fellow RVers,
H and I have owned a range of units, from small Chinooks, Rialtas, and ERAs to large Class As. We have just bought a 2013 34 ft. Tiffin Breeze. This purchase is "all about the dogs" as I have decided I can no longer leave our 3 elderly rescue dachshunds behind when we travel. One of the dogs has had, count em, three back surgeries. She must be carried up and down stairs due to her back. I hope to learn how to make traveling a fun experience for the "girls" from other pet lovers. All suggestions and tips would be welcomed.
We would be pleased to suggest travel ideas in Dixie for those seeking warm weather and friendly people.

Pair of good walking shoes is important. Rain suit is a must. I take our two dogs out no matter what the weather is. You cant walk two dogs, pick up after them, and hold an umbrella at the same time, hence the rain suit. We do not use portable fences nor do we stake them outside unless we are outside with them.
Your dogs will love all of the new smells as you travel.

Hi and welcome,
I also live in AL. I live in Centre on WEISS LAKE.We have 2 Doxies.Harley is 12 yrs.old and Gracie is 8yrs. old,but they love to be in the MH.Gracie will set on the dash when we park and watch for squirrels and anything else that moves.We love to go to Gulf Shores.We can't full time because My parents are in their 90s and my Mom lives next door with my Stepdad so we have to keep an eye on them and we had to put my Dad in Hospice yesterday and it doesn't look good for him.Good Luck and Many Safe and Happy Smiles and Miles.
