Newbie here. We have owned a couple "destination" RV's on a permanent site. We are now newly retired and have purchased a 5th wheel and plan to snowbird starting this fall/winter. Started working on a trip itinerary, WOW, didn't realize how overwhelming that is! Working with a couple resources to sort things out. Even the number of resources is overwhelming. We'll get it figured out

One way to make it easier is to have solar put on your roof. This way, if there is an area you can not get into, you can boondock (term for stopping someplace and not having shore power). It will really open up your options and you would not need to put out a generator (although having one of those will make a difference too).
