Smile Hi from Quebec

My husband and I are new owners of a Winnebago Horizon 40A 2019.

We would like to hear from other Horizon owners on their experience so far with this unit and any experience they've had with Winnebago customer service.

Thanks for the add.

Karen;

We are glad you joined us. There is a wealth of RV info available to you here just by asking. Browse the forums that interest you and don't be afraid to ask questions as our members like to help when they can.

In answer to your question about Winnebago, I have owned 3 Winnebago MHs the last being a 2005 Itasca Horizon 40KD which I sold in the fall of 2018. I have had lots of service done at the factory at Forest City, IA, I have been very happy with all 3 Winnebago's. We live within about 6 hours travel from our home to the Winnebago plant. All my service at the WGO Shop was always done well and we were treated like valued customers. My thoughts are nobody knows how to fix my rig better than the folks who built it.

Post often and share your new RV adventures with us. Enjoy the forums.

Don
