Hi from south Texas!
Hi everyone. My wife and I, and my mom, are on our second hybrid, a 2009 Rockwood Roo 23SS. We've been RVing for around a year and a half now, and I'm not sure why it took so long to join the forum.
We live in the Rio Grande Valley of south Texas, in the heart of Winter Texan country and home to a few hundred RV parks (we live in one, as a matter of fact). I was working in the office at our park until last year, when I was diagnosed with oral cancer. I've been on the mend and recently found out I'm cancer-free, so we're enjoying our time away from the park in our RV as much as possible. 
Hopefully I can share the knowledge and experience I've acquired on the road over the last year and a half, as well as gain more from all of you.
Happy travels, and maybe we'll meet up on the road somewhere!

Welcome! We've enjoyed a number of winters in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. We've always lucked out and had great weather down there-temps in high 80's wasn't too bad on New Years Eve Day!
