Welcome to the irv2 gang! Glad you decided to get onboard!
If I have my information correct, Thor bought Damon and Four Winds. If you look at the top of these forum pages for "Owners Forums," you will find an option for Thor. You can search within that set of forums or you can just search the entire irv2 web site.
Congrats on your Four Winds purchase and good luck finding the information you need!

We also have a 2004 Four Winds 5000. May I ask what your ladder situation is to the bunk? Ours came with a ladder but I am thinking it is too long because they sides extend above the bed making it difficult to use. I guess I should cut them off. I keep seeing ladders that hook on the cushion and wonder if I can do some sort of mod...our ladder ends up all over the place from being bumped and it is driving me crazy. Funny how such a minor thing can be super annoying.
