Hi to all and wanted to say thank you
Hi, I wanted to say thanks for the great help I was able to get from this forum. I had an issue with my 95 Coachmen Santara 35 footer, and through research on this site I was able to locate the problem and get her going again.
I had started my Coachmen, and pulled it forward about 50 feet, so I could mow around and under it. After mowing, I went to start it and move it back and it would turn over and not fire. I was beside myself as to what it could be. And of course, thought the worse, that the ECU had somehow failed and big buck expense was coming.
Through reading several irv2 posts, I was fairly quickly able to zero in on the problem. And thanks to contributing members and special thanks to one of your members, Subford, for his many posts and well illustrated and well explained troubleshooting ideas on an engine failure such as mine, I resolved the problem. It turned out to be a bad inertia switch. Up to that time I had never heard of it , nor had any idea where it was. I feel quite certain that without the troubleshooting steps and illustrations that were provided by members I would still be broke down. I am so grateful.
I was so impressed, that I decided to join this forum, and perhaps something will come along that I have knowledge of, and I can in turn contribute help to someone else in need.
