Howdy From Florida
Long time RVers here but just recently started moving around the country. Spent the last 25 years self employed working 6-7 days a week with only occasional weekends for quick camping trips. Been to, in, under, just about every spring in Florida in that time but it's getting old hat. Retired last year and are finally getting around more. Added solar to the Jayco travel trailer because of the desire to boondock so we'll probably be spending a lot of time on the boondocking forum. We'll also be looking for travel ideas from the "been there, done that" folks for our future plans. We'll be heading north in a couple of weeks up the Mississippi Valley toward MI and west to see some presidents heads carved into the side of a mountain!? Hmm.
Again, a big howdy from me and Mrs. me

Thanks! I'm so glad [U]you[U] responded, Joe. Now I can thank you directly. You see, I swiped your idea for the awning locking rod. I just installed one yesterday. I'm sure it will keep us safe in our travels. Great (cheap) idea.
