Yes it does Bruce. We ended up needing to clean some mold in my son's basement and we used the Concrobium. Black mold gone along with the smell. Just checked it yesterday and the areas we did not use it it came back so I will be buying more and spraying it down. Otherwise, the treated areas look great!

my converter is part of my circuit board panel, the floor of the left side of the closet is a false removable floor, whoda thunkit
