Many thanks to the founders, administrators, moderators, and contributors for organizing maintaining and growing such a great site. We have been fortunate to attend the last three National Rallies and have met many of you. It's been interesting to grow to know you from a remote source of technical information to know you as people with families, stories, joys, and sorrows. You are a wonderful group of people and a great resource personally as well as technically. Thanks again to everyone.

The iRV2.com Website Home Page on 06/17/2000
I scanned this B&W print-out I made of the home page on June 17, 2000. Printing the home page was a three page print-out but I was only interested in the first page (because my rig was featured on it) so, there was really more home page than what you're seeing. However, it still gives you some idea of how iRV2.com looked in its early days.

7 and a half years ago we were trumpeting the fact that 4,000 members had signed aboard.
We are currently closing on 40,000.
See if you can locate the contest to guess the date and time we will actually register the 40,000th member.

Curious has any one heard from "Cruiser", lately. He was an early poster on Irv2.com and always had great responses. I haven't seen his name in a long time.

Never fear, Cruzer is here, he's just a bit busy. Send him a PM or eMail and he'll get it!

I just sent a post to DriVer but I see it did not materialize. Once again Congratulations on your 12000th post. That is a lot of wisdom and words. I am honored your 12000th was in response to my inquiry. I am pleased to hear Cruzer is still active and busy. There are not a lot of us ole Dudes still around from 2000.

I appreciate your come back and Yes Cruzer recently responded to a post that I was participating in. As usual he was his old self and I certainly did appreciate seeing him post. It's always appreciated to touch base with original year 2000 plank owners.
Well moving on toward a "Bakers Dozen" (thousand) ... I hope
I posted my 11,000th post on 09/26/2009 so that's just about 4 months ago. I would expect that by the end of April that I should reach 13,000 posts. So that's just about 250 posts a month.
I need to get out more often.

800 is a comparatively small number but I have two of the original stickers stored away for safekeeping. Congrats and Happy New Year to you Mike.

Same thing happened to me. When I re-registered, none of my previous posts were there.I was one of the original members and even attended the very first Texas Boomers rally at Sea Rim with 3 other families. I don't think any of the original first group became members of the 2nd or new official group. We never camped together again.

I do have the original sticker and do lurk on the Texas Boomers posts/threads...it seems like an active group!

We have the capability to merge your old account with the new one. I did a few searches using your email address, various letters from the email address, your last name, your first names, the IP address, your city, etc., and came up with no plausible hits for your original username. If I had it I could merge with your current username and all your post history should show up.
