Congrats and a word of caution. Be sure every promise the dealer makes to you is in writing. Hire a mobile RV mechanic and a engine/trans person to check the RV out, before you finalize anything. Bring a video camera and record every second of the walk-thru.
Since this is your new home, seriously consider an extended service contract. Your RV is about the cut-off age for a contract right now.

Congrats! You will LOVE your Mountain Aire. I do. I also sold the sticks and bricks, now full-time with my dog. There's not a thing I would change. Be sure you hop over to the Newmar section, lots of great info there.
Welcome.
Kaye

Congrats on your new purchase. I just wonder how one "Full Times" with three small kids. What about their schooling, etc.? I just thought the full timing was for the more retired-type and no kids.

I have been homeschooling them for the past 7 years. We will still be doing our annual testing with the same service we have used to keep us "legal" with the state.
I am not sure how much traveling we will be doing because my husband is still working, and the kids are involved in a co-op on Tuesdays. Right now my husband is saying he is going "away" every weekend. ... We will see ...

Hi welcome to the forum, I too homeschool. It makes it easy to go when ever you like. I schedule our vacations during times when public school is generally in. My kids have made many friends of all ages and love talking with older people, I laugh because most people ask about socialization, I say apparently you have never met my kids. I have been doing homeschool for 10 years. I know you will enjoy being able to get away and still be schooling. May you have safe travels and many happy memories.
