Just signed on

Will be picking up our 1977 coachman leprechaun tomorrow. It sits on a chevy G-30 frame with a 400 gas engine and has just over 12,000 original miles. She looks and drives brand new. Any bits of info I might need to know right off? I have a cdl-a, so most driving issues I already know about.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome messages. It is about 5:30 am here and I am up and ready to go get her now. That's a problem since the meeting time is this afternoon. Such is a kid on christmas right?

Howdy and welcome aboard. WOW, that sounds like a real find. We had a 1976 on a Dodge Chassis. Had a great time traveling with it. Congrats on yours and hope you really enjoy all your future adventures.

Our new baby is now home!! We still need to name her. She ran beautiful during the two hour ride home and is way better on gas than we thought. For most of my life I've had terrible luck, so I have chosen to have no luck at all. It's "Break a Leg" or at least perhaps something less painful like warm wishes.

Congrats! Looks like you found your Pot of Gold at the end of the rainbow. Who left that pot there? I heard that all motorhomes get better mileage if you start out in Denver and only drive towards the sea Weren't those Chevy's nicknamed Strong box?
