Long time RV'er, new to site......
Hello and greetings to all! As the thread states, we are long timers at camping. Started with tents, then a Coleman popup, on to a Class C, now in a 2005 Cedar Creek 5th wheel. We will be upgrading again soon. Can't decide between larger 5th wheel and DRW diesel truck or diesel pusher. Must confess that I have been trolling the site and reading lots of horror stories about slide issues on some of the motor homes. What brands do you members recommend if I were to go used DP?

Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you join the gang!
We pulled a 2002 Cedar Creek 36RLTS 5er for 10 years before getting the MH last year. We loved the 5er and we love the MH! If you're looking for an older MH I can certainly recommend the Monaco. Just be careful and don't get a Monaco that had the trailing arms issue.
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

We are glad you joined us. In my opinion there are many satisfied owners of different brands. I suggest you browse the Motorhome Forums and the Chassis Forums and post any questions there you may have. You will receive more response there. Good luck in your search;
Don
