Angry Medium high pitched noise in new trailer

Hello all, and thanks for the add! We just purchased a 2020 Forest River Ultra Lite 2608BS. It's been sitting in the drive waiting for decent weather to start loading everything from the old trailer. It's been plugged in for a week in snow and cold weather. The day before yesterday, I was out checking out the systems, including the electric fireplace and WiFi Ranger. Yesterday, we went out to start loading, and heard a medium high pitched noise, almost like an alarm but not very loud. We isolated this noise to the (rear) bedroom ceiling area. Using a Db meter, it seems to be coming from the ducted AC ceiling vents and the ceiling mounted speakers. I removed and disconnected the speakers, no change. I disconnected the shore power, no change. I disconnected the coach battery, no change. Took out the smoke detector battery too. No power to anything for 18 hours and the noise persists. Can there be something in this trailer with it's own power source besides the smoke detector? The Propane/CO detector tests good and is at the opposite end of the unit. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

We were in the trailer today putting things away. I plugged in the shore power and reconnected the battery so we could have heat. After about 20 minutes with the heat on, the sound wavered a bit, then stopped!!! So strange.

Small quirks=personality in my book, unless the small quirk starts waking me up in the middle of the night! At least it presented for the first time while you weren't sleeping.

Welcome aboard!
