Howdy from SC and welcome to the forums. I don't mean to throw in a monkey wrench, but do you already have a reliable tow vehicle? If not and you intend on purchasing a 5er plus a tow vehicle, why not consider a class a gasser? it will be right in the ball park of a TV & 5er and there is so much to be said for being self contained while driving down the road, especially with grand kids. Plus, setting up in the rain is a breeze and you don't have to leave the MH. Just a thought.
