New...and learning
Hi everyone! I never really thought about Rving and was wanting a sailboat. Then, my GF said "you don't know how to sail but, you can drive". This was just before xmas. Jan 2nd I bought a new Dodge 1 ton drw and on Feb 4th I bought a 2004 yellowstone 36 FMS. Started in Jensen Beach, FL and have gotten as far as Jacksonville, FL (Daytona kinda held us with speedweek and bike week). I've got to tell you that this is awesome! Great people so far who are willing to help out the newbies (after gathering around and laughing first) and waking up somewhere new but in the same bed is cool. This is a budget trip as are are not retired. I wanted to travel while I am still young and who knows if I can ever retire in this economy. So, here I go at 45 with good equipment, very little money and roadmap with a lot of highlighting. Oh, and a GF with a job she can do from anywhere. That helps.

Very good choice, I had a sailboat and you are limited to your travels, and they are $$$$, far more room in that yellowstone. As your finding out, alot of fun. Good luck and enjoy your travels Wise choice.
