New Family

Just purchased a 1994 National Dolphin F53. Took it on its first outing with the wife and 3 kids and 2 dogs. What a way to spend the week shore beats a tent. Now I need to find more camping spots around south Mississippi and Louisianan.

Hi John, welcome to the forum. Glad you and family are enjoying your National. What kind of camping spots are you most interested in and how far south? Are you talking coastline or say below I-10?

Hi and welcome! Mississippi has some nice state parks. I like Paul B.Johnson in Hattiesburg, Natchez( a little over your 150 miles) Check out reserveamerica.com, the state parks are reservable online. I haven't been to the southern Louisiana parks but enjoyed the ones to the north(Poverty point is nice, it is a newer park). Bay Hideaway is a nice private campground in Bay St. Louis....I always feel like I'm visiting family when I camp there. They have a website with pictures and information. Happy camping!
