Hello all!
We are a couple of retired teachers that have eased into RVing over the last 2 years. We spent a year with a small TT and liked it so we plunged into a 2001 Newmar Dutchstar gasser about a year ago.
We seem to be drawn to the Savannah area and have been there twice and hoping to head that way again next month.
We are not so much "campers" as adventurers who use our coach as a mobile base to explore new areas. Don't fish, don't boat, just like to travel and see new places and eat local food.
Here to learn and share.

Bustopher....
Congrats on your Dutchstar and welcome to iRV2!!
How awesome you two must feel as you start out on this new journey!
May I suggest that you go ahead and also ask for "karma" (join) this group? They will also have more information that directly effects you & your rig.
Again...welcome to iRV2 ..we hope you post often with your tales!

Edmund,
Thanks for the welcome.
Have joined the Newmar owner's group!
I have never been to a rally. I think we should experience that. Is there a lot to be learned or is it mainly social?
Bill

Hi Bustopers,
I can understand your interest in Savannah. We grew up in Georgia and have spent many fun times in that historic city. BUT, you might also want to try south of Savannah and come to the Brunswick St. Simons Island area.
If you want more information e-mail me at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and I'll sent you more.
