Landers, in Benton, did the Emissions recall (15E05) on our E450-based C-class, but other than that I've had nothing done. I do my own servicing when I can.

I've been told that Cogswell in Russellville will service the F53-based A Class, but I have no personal experience.

Rick,

I also live in HSV and had some work done at Riser Ford in Hot Springs, said they would work on it as long as they did not have to lift it. Had plugs and coils changed on previous coach.

Have a 35 ft A, actually think they worked on it outside their service door, can't say for sure though as that was where it was when I picked it up.
