The wife and I live mostly in McNeill, Miss but spend quite a bit of time in Orlando where I work and our kids and grandkids live.
I hope to slow down a little at work and have more time to travel.
We have had a 28' Prowler 5th wheel for years but have not taken it anywhere but to the deer camp in the fall and back home in the spring.
We are not new to 5th wheels but haven't had our own truck and haven't hit the road yet.
That will be changing soon (hopefully). We plan on buying a new 5th wheel that we will be living in probably about 6 months out of the year. It will be parked in MS most of the time but we will be going to Orlando for to see kids and grandkids and out West to see some scenery before we get too old.
The more we study things, the more confusing it becomes. There are no shortages of opinions on trucks, RV brands, how much weight the average couple loads in a 5th wheel, RV quality, on and on and on. Lots of opinions but not so much consensus.
When I get more familiar with the forum, I will be posting some questions but want to make sure they go in the right place.
Alan
