new from colorado

anyone out there own an alfa? I have an 2oo6 alfa founder with problems. the fiberglass is starting to get what looks like pock marks from water under the paint. Is this normal and is there a fix?

I don't have an Alfa but a friend had a MH that had a shower leak inside and it caused delamination of the fiberglass. Looked like he had a big bubble on the side of his bounder. I first thought is was caused by heat as it was parked right next to his business furnace exhaust. Not sure if that's what you have post some pictures.
