New from Pgh,Pa
Hello ,
My wife and I have been camping for over 25 years. We have a 30 ft Flagstaff V-Lite travel trailer. It is set up on a seasonal site due to our work schedules. We plan on full timing when We retire.(in about 6 or 7 years)
I just recently found this site and we are extremely impressed with it! There is a lot of knowledgable folks on here. I hope to be able to help others with some of the things I've learned over the years.
Thanks for having us onboard !
Denny and Marlene

Hi,
Worked 17 years for a company headquartered in Carnegie. What your going to quickly discover is..... no more cold winters, and heavy coats. You will also discover seasonal camping is nothing like full timing, unless your idea of full timing is staying in one spot.
Start now. Get rid of all unnecessary stuff. Sell out, get a small apartment, pack away as much money as you can. Get totally debt free. Pick now what you want to full time in. Trailer, fifth wheel, motor home, makes no difference except to you. What ever you decide on, now is the time to purchase. It is unlikely you will be able to make in savings interest what inflation will cost you to purchase in five years. But run the numbers and make your own minds up. Full timing is all about attitude and lifestyle.
