New from Sarasota,Florida

Ronny & Lynda here. Started RVing in 2000 by renting until 2005. Now have 2005 Newmar DutchStar 3809 DP. Retired U.S. Navy 20 years. Currently retired Computer Software Manager. Lynda is retired Vice President Emergency Medicine Physician placement. Just recently stumbled onto this site and browsed a little. Decided to join and maybe contribute to the massive amount of information here. First major trip was 2006 from Florida to motorcycle rally in Sturgis, SD. Took southern route there then Northern route back. Love the U.S.A. A few smaller trips since up the East coast to R.I. and once a year we go to KeyWest. Not fulltimers but try to get out as much as possible. We reside in Sarasota, Florida (Siesta Key) full time. When traveling we either haul our Harley's or the car depending on the atmosphere of the trip. Hope to see some of you on the road some day.

Ronny & Lynda

Welcome, this is a good site and contains lots of information. I'm sure you will have some to share as well. I have an RV lot in the Keys and we plan on spending Winters here.

The western trip is a great one. Did you count the signs to Wall Drugs. We actually got to meet the orginal founder years ago. He was in a suit and tie greeting people at the entrance.

Hope you enjoy the site and again, WELCOME!

Wall Drug was an absolute blast. We spent the better part of a day there. What I really liked was driving through the midWest through the miles and miles and miles of fields of crops. No matter how many times you see it on TV it is just breathtaking to actually see it. We really want to go to Maine and Vermont in the Spring sometime soon. Then hopefully someday out to Oregon.

Welcome to IRV2. We are currently in Santa Rosa Beach Fla but live in Maine. If we can help with any information about Maine feel free to PM us.

If you come up to Maine before June or after August bring extra blankets and winterize the coach first!

Just kiddin.....
