New from WI - Vintage RV=1, Knowledge=0

Recipe for disaster? Only time will tell. LOL

I see all of these really smart people on here asking for advice before they buy. I admire their thoroughness and preparedness. Me, I'm a leap first kind of girl, so here I am, drawn in by a low mileage diesel engine.

I have purchased a 1992 Monterey by Cobra on a Spartan Chassis. From what I can see manuals and wiring diagrams are non-existent. Wheeeee!!!! Let the games begin.

You have come to the right place for advice. You will need to supply all of the information you can about the coach when asking.

Good Luck,
Jon

I have come to believe tha RV wiring diagrams have never existed, each one is a individual "work of art"

Tina;

It is always special for me when I can welcome another Wisconsin member to iRV2. Browse the forums that interest you and don't be afraid to ask questions. Post often and share your new RV adventures with us. If you ever get close to Weyauwega give us a call and if we don't have a commitment we would be happy to meet for coffee or lunch someplace. Good luck and enjoy your new lifestyle.

Don

The Good news is manuals do not change that much. Serivice info does

But for a "Generic" manual I recommend either of two books
The RV Owner's Handbook
The RV Book

Camping world should have one.. Better RV dealers will have at least one or the other if not both.... Amazon may be your friend as well.

If you need more then Mr. Google is your friend.. Tell him:
Make, Model, Manual

And often he can provide. Example Toshiba C-55A Manual (That is a computer not an RV part but it's a good example).
