Hi all,
We are new to fulltime rving. We sold our home in fl. and moved to Ga. We have a 5 acre tract in Browntown Ga.and we moved here to finish clearing our land.We have a 32 foot seabreeze.we are full timing right now because we both work still,Mike is planning on retiring in 3yrs.ans we want to take off traveling.
Everything has been going good until this morning when we were dumping the sewer and pulled the rod out to open valve and the rod came out in closed position. We are completely full and can't empty sewer. Well we called the local sewer dumpers but of course they only handle a 6 inch line.So Mike got a threaded rod and is going to try to open the valve with it. At this point we are opened to any suggestions or ideas any one has.
This is one of the best rv sites we have found. We really like it. Looking forward to hearing from all of you.
Thanks,
Mike, Debra and Harley ( yorkie)

Mike, Debra and Harley, welcome to iRV2.com. You will need to have a new valve blade assmy. If it is the gray tank it will be a 1 1/2" and the black is a 3" valve. If you can get to the back side of the vlave (opposite ot the pull rod) drill a hole (diameter of phillips screwdriver) into the center of the blade assmy until you reach the blade once there stop and use a phillips screwdriver to push the valve open. After you have drained the tanks then install new valve assmy. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Hi Guys!
Welcome to the area.
We are north of Brunswick.
There are a good many nice RV locations in this area for short weekend trips. Give them a try.
Good luck on your land and future full-timing.
Tommy & Kay
