New guy form wv

Hows it going name is John, Been looking aound for a few days but now i need some advice so figured it was time to sign up.

But now looking into getting my self a rv, Been camping for years and have been moving though the ranks first tents then pop-ups (Been though 3 so far with our current being a Viking 270sh tandem axle) And there lies the issue it is big enough for the family of 5 and 2 dogs with all the comforts my wife and 15yr old daughter want (Or they would say need LOL) but it big enough to be a pain in my rear every time we want to use it so might as well just bite the bullet and move to the motorhome.

But i'll be around thanks for having me

Hi John! Welcome to IRV2! We're happy to have you join the bunch! Yep, you gotta keep the girls happy! Good luck on finding the right one for your family. If you have any questions I would suggest posting them over in the motorhome section for better responses. Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Hello John-Boy and welcome. You are a neighbor of ours, well at least a neighbor sate. My wife and I go snow skiing a lot in your state up at Canaan Valley and down at Winter Place. Close to any of these?

Hi John - (and hi neighbor Bigd9).We are in the western part of the state on the Ohio-WV border. Lots of great places nearby for all size RV's - we have been camping mostly in S.E & S.W. Ohio this summer.

Good luck in your search. We chose to buy with just us in mind as all the kids are out of the house. May need to rethink the choice of going small in a few years when the grandkids get bigger, but there are always tents
