New here. Just bought a used class A
Hello everyone. We are near retirement and just bought a used 2006 Four Winds Hurricane 34N class A. Looking forward to learning everything we can about RVing from you all and improving our coach. Planning some trips in the very near future.

Welcome and congrats.
Make your first adventures camping right in your driveway first, if you can.
That gives you a fairly good indicator of what you NEED.
Then the first couple of times out, try nearby, but moving every other day or so.
That gives you another opportunity to see what you NEED.
After that……other outings will let you see what you WANT and CAN take with you.

Thanks momdoc! I have already been able to take advantage of all of the threads by learning quite a bit about my RV. Especially the BCC recall stuff!

That is great advice. We have been doing that quite a bit. Trying to get our dogs comfortable in the motorhome and learning about how everything works. I’ve already found a couple issues with the RV that I’ve been getting fixed with the help of forums on this site!
