New here! Looking for advise for a new trip
Hello I am a newbie here. Has anyone traveled to BC into or near the Great Bear Rainforest? I am in search of a route by truck or truck/ camper combo to locate the Kermode Bear or Spirit Bear. So far I have only found really expensive fly ins or resort type accommodations. I live in Ohio now but will be moving to Colorado very soon. Thank you!

Princess Royal Island is located amongst the isolated inlets and islands of Canada’s forgotten coast, in the heart of the Great Bear Rainforest. This is an extremely remote area of British Columbia, accessible only by boat or air. Aside from the Tsimshiam, who once inhabited a coastal village on the island but now no longer live here, almost no people have entered the inland rainforest of Princess Royal Island. Princess Royal Island is best known as being home to the legendary white Kermode Bear, Spirit Bear of the North Coast of British Columbia. These magnificent bears are a sub-species of the black bear, and are not found anywhere else in the world.
Hope this helps you..

Thank you for the warm welcomes! My research shows i can ferry a vehicle near the area & store in a lot but from there its still all expensive resorts. Im not opposed to doing summer work to be in the area & save on costs. If anyone has traveled this area, used BC ferries, or done work out there any information would be appreciated. I am in the process of getting my passport but have never traveled or worked outside the US & could use some guidance. Thanks 😃
