New in New York

Hello everyone:

I just joined a few days ago. I don't even have a RV as yet. But I have been lurking around gathering all the information I can from the very informative members on this site.

I am planning on going fulltime RVing for retirement. I love camping although I only have been tenting. I'm looking forward to learning enough from you guys & gals to be able to make an informative decision when the time comes to buy my first RV.

Welcome to the Forum and don't be afraid to ask questions. The members are great and very knowledgeable. I am originally from NY (Syracuse) and just started fulltiming. We have lived in Florida the past 15 years and sold the casa and bought a Motorhome.

Best of luck on your search.

Welcome to the gang, Francina! Glad you decided to join. We were like you when we joined; had no wheels, but wanted to learn enough to make a good purchase (and avoid mistakes). The folks here are a great help. If you haven't noticed yet, find the "search" options (usually in the upper right portion of these forum pages). You can search the whole site or search within a forum or thread. Sometimes I just browse through some of the forums to learn terminology and hear different opinions. Good luck to you as you prepare for both retirement and the adventure of full-timing.
