Hello!

Have just signed up to iRV2. Found the website when I was searching for Motor Home floor plans. We are trying to find a Class A that does not have the tv above the drivers seat. One with the tv/fireplace together would be great. In the 38 ft range. Diesel or gas. Anyone know of any?

Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad to have you! Our MH was that way but we updated that. Don't let that stop you if you find something that you like! Below is what we did:

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Have several floor plans with what your talking about. I was just clicking around and saw the 37' challengers and the smaller daybreaks have that option. I guess it depends if your looking for new or used.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Our Bounder has the setup with the TV over the fireplace, but it's a 34' gasser. I'm thinking that 38' is getting into the load limits of a gasser, but I'm no authority on that so my opinion is worth what you paid for it. Good luck and have fun.

Welcome to the forums. we searched to find one WITHOUT the fireplace. While it is pretty, it takes up a lot of room which is valued storage space. The fireplaces put out only 1500 watts, the same as a much smaller $40.00 quartz heater.

Georgetown 378TS has a across the coach TV viewing. TV is on top of the fireplace. 37 feet long.

You can get a tile floor that is really nice and a residential refer for around 115k new. 142k MSRP
