Hello all,
Retired boater that put wheels on instead of props! Soaking all info that I can and hope to be able to give some in the future. First big trip this summer. Just purchased a 30' Thor Ace. And filling it up now. Hope to be in touch.

As a boater, you already know a lot about limited space, stowing, water conservation, etc. So you are ahead of where we started several years ago.
Now its 101 towing, 102 backing, 103 hookups, etc. etc. 
I'm sure you have developed the flexibility and ingenuity to deal with all of that. So no problem.
Hope that first trip is a very good one that will hook you on the dry land schooner.

Welcome aboard! Boating is a good way to prepare operating land yachts. In theory you now dont have to worry about sinking at your camp site and running from hurricanes is more fun!
